I actually add make a double batch of the sauce and use my mortar and pestle to crush the garlic so it tastes really savory. I also add extra white wine and lemon and shake the shrimp in a bag with bread crumbs before placing them in the pan. I make white rice and make a bed with the rice, then place the shrimp on top. It is definitely a keeper!!!. This is my new favorite shrimp recipe. Incredibly easy, fast, and super flavorful. I served it to guests, along side steaks for a surf-n-turf entree. The timing ended up perfect, with the shrimp being ready just when the steaks were ready to serve.
